With the high demand for service contracts from clients within every sector of the industry, we here at Boiler & Industrial Plant have had no choice but to run this as a separate department, creating our own dedicated Service Division, thereby enabling a greater level of attention to each and every client and their contract.
If you haven’t yet signed up for a service contract, this is what we will do for you: we will send a technician out to assess your Plant Room / Boiler House. Following the technician’s report, our Service Division Manager will sit down with you and specifically customize a service agreement to best suit your requirements. With the variety of options and efficient service, getting a service agreement for your boiler/burner will minimize the possibility of your equipment breaking down when you need it the most.
Our service technicians will be available 24/7, 365 days a year in order to ensure you are never left in a situation that will cause you loss in production and revenue. Our standby service will be included into your service agreement, and our technicians have a portable workshop with a wide variety of spares so that no matter the time of your call, our technicians can attend to you from where ever they may be.
