Refurbished Stoker for United Breweries

Boiler & Industrial Plant has recently refurbished a Mk4 Stoker for United Breweries from scratch. From completely stripping the stoker, rebuilding the bed, manufacturing new air fins, completely rebuilding the stoker mat, casting of the ignition arch and so forth.

Germinisher & Lloyds test a success!

Our welders and artisans were put through rigorous and stringent testing in order to certify Boiler & Industrial Plant for work on national as well as international vessels in the shipping industry. With us now certified by Germinisher & Lloyds we are now fully complient with the EN ISO 1564/8 European Standard. The test itself comprised of various weld and root weld challenges, with both destructive and non-destructive testing being carried out to ensure both physical and tensile strength.

Boiler Sold to Rocla

We are still currently working on the 2 ton John Thompson boiler which was recently purchased by Rocla. A complete overhaul is ubderway, including retube and acid wash.
